Former presidential aspirant, Ndukwe, dumps PDP.

Cosmos Ndukwe, a former presidential contestant in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has resigned.

His departure was announced in a letter addressed to the Chairman of the PDP Item C Ward in Bende Local Government Area, Abia State, and copied to the State Chairman and Acting National Chairman of the party.

Ndukwe indicated that his decision to quit from the PDP was motivated by personal concerns and a consideration of his current ambitions.

He said: “After careful consideration, I have come to the conclusion potting out of PDP is the best course of action for me at this time.”

The former Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly thanked the PDP’s leadership for the opportunities to serve in various capacities.

“I’d like to thank you, the ward executive committee, and all members of the PDP Abia state for their support and camaraderie throughout my time with the party.
