Recall, Matter Arising earlier reported that, Cubana Chief Priest and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have come to an agreement to settle out of court.
The socialite and nightlife promoter, Cubana Chief Priest, appeared at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, for the ongoing trial concerning allegations of financial misconduct.
The EFCC had previously charged Pascal Okechukwu with three counts of financial misconduct on April 16. He was subsequently brought before the Federal High Court in Lagos the following day and entered a plea of not guilty.
Upon his plea, the judge granted him bail in the sum of N10 million, with two responsible sureties required to meet the same amount. The judge specified that these bail conditions must be fulfilled within seven days.
