President Muhammadu Buhari has directed security agencies to shoot anybody seen with AK-47, in accordance with presidential spokesperson, Garba Shehu.
While talking in an interview with the BBC Hausa, Shehu also stated that the president has directed a clampdown on bandits who’ve refused to give up.

On the efforts being made to rid Zamfara and other northern states of bandits, Shehu stated the federal government is resorting to deadly drive in opposition to these of them who’ve refused to give up.
The president has ordered safety forces to enter the bushes and shoot whoever they see with subtle weapons like AK-47, he stated within the interview.
He ordered that whoever is seen with horrible weapons at all needs to be shot instantly.
